About Spit Roast Caterer Nyama
Nyama was set up by Johannes Burger & George Zaayman, both South African born-and-bred Spit Roast Masters. Since 2003 Johannes & George has been feeding the UK the most beautifully Spit Roasted Hog & Lamb and the business has grown from strength to strength.
Our clients seem to always find an excuse for a Nyama Spit Roast but we mainly cater at Wedding Receptions, Private Parties and Corporate Functions.
On our Spit Roast Menu’s you will find some delightful dishes like our famous “Vrystaat Mielie Tart” (a creamy sweet corn tart), Durban Curried Banana Salad (we’ve been offered millions for the secret recipe of this salad…), Springbok Sosaties (Skewered Springbok meat with Dried Apricots and Caramelized Red Onion) and many more unique and tasty Nyama BBQ Style dishes.
